M. A technique for choosing cost-effective instructional delivery
systems (TAEG Report No. 16). Orlando, Fla.: Department of the Navy,
Training Analysis and Evaluation Group, April 1975.
The purpose of this report is to make available to training specialists
a procedure for choosing instructional delivery systems appropriate
to various types of military training. The TECEP technique serves
as a performance aid for the training specialist to use in defining
appropriate training strategies for training objectives, choosing
instructional delivery systems capable of carrying out the training
strategies, and identifying the relative cost of these alternatives.
Through the use of this procedure, training specialists choose
the cost-effective instructional delivery system over its competitors.
