Sole Accountabilities
Marketing Plan. Formulation
and production of an annual WebDev Studios Marketing Plan in collaboration
with the WebDev Studios Team. To include planned promotional activities
to establish WebDev Studios brand. Monitor activities. Prepare
monthly reports against Marketing Plan.
Industry Presence. Undertake
activities, as identified in the Marketing Plan, to promote the
identity of WebDev Studios within the Multi Media Industry.
Branding. Undertake
activities, as identified in the Marketing Plan, to present a strong
and consistent picture of the capabilities of WebDev Studios.
Client Prospecting. Identify
and qualify prospective clients through active search and response
to referrals from associated parties. Contact new, existing and
former clients in an orderly and regular manner.
Proposal
Presentation. Present proposals to clients based on their
stated requirements. Present based on formal proposal documents
prepared in collaboration with WebDev Studios Team.
Customer Management. Set
and Manage the client expectations of the types and scope of
projects that WebDev Studios can deliver successfully. Present
all Scope Adjustment Packages and invoices. Manage any contract
process required by client.
Contributes and Collaborates
Proposal Development. Collaborate
on development of proposal strategy and monitors proposal development.
Business Plan. Contribute
sales projections to Business Plan.
Billings
and Receivables. Present all invoices to client.
Proposal
Presentation. Present Scope Adjustment Packages
to client.
Contact Database. Update
the Contact Database to ensure that all WebDev Studios contacts
with current customers, prospective customers and associated
stakeholders are available to all staff at all times. Specify required
entries from other WebDev Studios staff.
User Requirements. Identify
changes in requirements during projects through review processes and
direct requests from clients. Support adjustments to client expectations
through informal discussion and formal Scope Adjustment Packages.
Product Brochure
Ware. Formulate and prepare promotional materials to support
the standard products of WebDev Studios.
