Distribution of Duties
The totality of the job processes of WebDev Studios (Figure 1)
is depicted as a pie chart of 16 segments, roughly divided between
duties that are performed internally and those that are outwardly
focused toward customers, the University and third-party providers.
The relative distribution of internal and outward facing tasks
are shown as background colors, red for outward, gray for internal.

Accountability for each job duty, shown in Figure 1, is assigned
to one staff member, only. This streamlines processes and daily
workflows. These
accountable duties are shown in the smaller pie charts below, one
chart for each job title.
There is a recognition, however, that many duties depend upon
the support, contribution or collaboration of other staff members. Therefore,
the six small pie charts show both the distribution of accountable
tasks (Accountable Task - RED) and shared tasks (Shared Task -
BLACK) for each job title.
