Sole Accountabilities
Project Management. Manage
and supervise the team of production staff assembled to complete
WebDev Studios Projects. Set up project control software. Develop
custom methodologies. Schedule and prepare draft invoices.
Production. Determine
appropriate team and work structures needed to complete WebDev Studios
Client Projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Conduct final
review of product prior to release for user testing. Issue Project
Status Reports.
Estimation
Data. Collect and control the recording of accurate
time and duration data for current projects.
Staff Training. Determine
staff training requirements for WebDev Studios Client Projects.
Proposal
Presentation. Identify initial scope of projects, scope
enhancements or scope increases, and determine the appropriate
methods, projected cost and staff required to produce the required
products. Analyze scope variations and request Scope Adjustment
Package, as required. Manage the incorporation of new scope
into existing projects.
Product Specification. Develop
written product specifications for WebDev Studios product offerings,
as well as, custom product specifications for specific client projects.
Develop prototypes. Create Project Tracking Templates.
Supervises and Delegates
Staff Training. Design
and development of Staff Orientation Program and skills specific
training programs. Delegate conduct of staff training programs.
Production. Supervise
performance of assigned tasks within the work program of specific
WebDev Studios Client Projects.
Facilities Management. Assign,
supervise and monitor specific critical Facilities Management tasks as
required by Business Manager. Responsible for daily back up of all WebDev
Studios data. Identify, evaluate and request required software.
Contributes and Collaborates
Personnel and
Materials. Request acquisitions of staff and materials
to support the activities of WebDev Studios Production. Request
payments, payroll and purchase orders. Interview prospective
staff.
Estimation
Guidelines. Provide estimation data and verify new and
revised guidelines for standard products.
Business Plan. Provide
feasibility data to support growth projections. Forecast staff
and equipment requirements to support growth projections and entry
into production of new media or products.
Proposal
Development. Develop production strategy and validate
high level estimates and proposed duration.
Billings
and Receivables. Provide schedule for invoices within
project plans and review draft invoices.
