Sole Accountabilities
Proposal Development. Develop
proposal documents based on collaborative estimation of scope and
high level project planning.
Estimation
Guidelines. Produce and maintain a set of estimation
guidelines to guide high level proposal estimates for all standard
products offered by WebDev Studios.
Contact Database. Manage
and maintain the Contact Database to ensure that all WebDev Studios
contacts with customers, providers and associated stakeholders
are available to all staff at all times.
User Requirements. Collect
and document user requirements for new projects. Identify changes
in requirements during projects through review processes and
direct requests from clients, and support adjustments to client
expectation through preparation of formal scope adjustment packages.
Product Brochure
Ware. Formulate and prepare promotional materials to support
the standard products of WebDev Studios.
Contributes and Collaborates
Client Prospecting. Identify
and qualify prospective clients through active search and response
to referrals from associated parties. Contact new, existing and
former clients in an orderly and regular manner.
Marketing Plan. Collaborate
on production of annual Marketing Plan.
Business Plan. Provide
historical data on profit contributions by product. Provide historical
success percentage for proposals by product. Forecasts future products
to be developed based on analysis of market trends.
Proposal
Presentation. Support presentation of proposals
to clients based on their stated requirements. Develop proposal
presentation materials.
Customer Management. Support
Business Development Manager through continuous communication of production
information and status.
Scope Management. Document
initial scope of projects, scope enhancements or scope increases,
and provide assistance to the Production Manager in the incorporation
of new scope into existing projects.Prepare Scope Adjustment
Packages.
Product Specification. Assist
in the development of written product specifications for WebDev
Studios product offerings, as well as, custom product specifications
for specific client projects. Create standard quality review templates
for specified products.
Staff Training. Conduct
Professional Development Sessions.
Industry
Presence. Attend Industry Conferences.
