Sole Accountabilities
Personnel and
Materials. Monitor staff contracts and process all
payroll requests and maintain payroll documentation. Verify
receipt of materials. Order miscellaneous supplies. Maintain
Petty Cash System.
Contact Database.Update
Contact Database by entry of details for third-party providers,
existing staff, and prospective staff.
Facilities
Management. Man reception desk.
Financial
Reports. Prepare cash flow reports and projections
from automated project tracking system.
Contributes and Collaborates
Proposal Development. Prepare
proposal handouts and slides.
Billings
and Receivables. Extract data for invoices (materials
costs and personnel costs) from project management software.
Prepare draft invoices.
Business Plan. Provide
cash flow projections, materials and maintenance budget projections,
and skills pool status to support Business Plan.
Industry Presence. Prepares
materials for presentation to industry groups.
Project Management. Produce
weekly tracking reports and enter data received from staff. Archive
and organize historical data from completed projects.
Staff Training. Maintain
Staff Training materials. Organize sessions. Conduct general orientation.
