Your Prince May Keep His Own Counsel

Report your actions without concealment; observe your conduct when in council with your overlord. It is not evil for the envoy that his
report be not answered, ' Yea, I know it,' by the prince. For that which he knows includes not [this]. If he (the prince) thinks that you will oppose him on account of it, [he thinks] 'He will be silent because I have spoken.'
