It is so nice to see a game like Puzzle Hero, of great quality, a match 3 game yes - but that is where it stops - if you like adventure, and hero building, from the roll play game of yesterday, you will love Puzzle Hero. It is so very, very, nice to see something like Puzzle Hero THAT IS NOT a "Hidden Object" type a game - now days on the web they are every where you look and at almost twenty dollars each it is getting a little "bit" old - besides they are timed and a lot of children don't like to play against the clock - I have not bought this game yet - but I am going to - my grandchildren, ages 7 thru 13 are going to love this - please keep more of this style of game coming. I may never write another review - I have fallen in love with Puzzle Hero. Puzzle Hero Review - "Puzzle Hero - Surprisingly wonderful! I hate match-3 games. Seriously hate them. So when I saw this, I groaned. Still, I tried it out, and I'm glad I did, because Puzzle Hero is great!
First of all, Puzzle Hero is animated. Fully animated... that is really rare to see! Your character runs, jumps, attacks, falls down, etc., while the monsters move as realistically as weird monsters can move.
In the match-3 game, you and the monster take turns making moves, which is a great twist. Combos of 4 or more give you an extra move, while the different matched items give you things like a stronger shield, more money, more health, or the ability to attack. You lose if your health runs out, and the monster loses if his health runs out. Puzzle Hero is a great game!" - TheSeeker

Puzzle Hero Review - "Wow I must say it's about time! Been looking for an outstanding game? Yes I to am getting tired of the same ole same ole too. Puzzle Hero is a match game but it's got a story behind it. Just like reading a book you like a little adventure in it. Well Puzzle Hero has it. I really love role playing games I play a major one and Puzzle Hero brings back all the fun memories of being able to customize my character and earn weapons and armor. Puzzle Hero Review - "Refreshing! Yes, Puzzle Hero is a Match 3, which we are all a bit tired of. But Genimo decided to add a "little" twist to Puzzle Hero by including a kind of RPG engine on it... and let me tell you it worked wonderfully. The fact that you can upgrade your Heros gear, not only to make her look way more cool, but also gives her more power, makes you want play more and more to see what is the next upgrade you can buy. I think and wish that Puzzle Hero will become the starting point to a whole new batch of match 3 games. From this idea they can improve lots of other aspects like special attack combos if you match more than 4, give extra bonus if you defeat your opponent quicker, etc etc... the possibilities from now are huge... and we gameholics will be waiting for all of them.
