As I read MICHAEL MANLEY'S MAGIC MILK MACHINE aloud for my young teen ..., we were both entranced with the graphics. We also had a great time laughing over the tongue-twisting rhythm and rhyme.

Hi,

I'm Ken Seamon, co-author of Michael Manley's Magic Milk Machine.

Michael had been running around in my head for a year or two, so I finally sat down at the computer and created his first published adventure.

It's a rhyming book, so for quite a while everything I did was accompanied by mumbled rhyming couplets. But at last it was ready, and "Bless the Fireflies" it was accepted by Bookmice.com and proclaimed good by the reviewers.

Michael Manley is a great read aloud book. Your child will love to read it with you, and both of you will giggle and laugh.

But don't just take my word for this, read what Pat Cavender and her grandson have to say about it ...

Pat and Shelby's review

Michael Manley's Magic Milk Machine
Rating- 5 stars *****
EXCELLENT: A KEEPER

Pat- This is a story of a boy who believes he can make better tasting milk. It tells of all the appliances he gathers for the machine and where he got the "magic" for the milk. I was impressed by the artwork~~very nicely done, the characters looked real. Also, the rhyming way the story was told made it fun to read and still got the point across.

Shelby-This boy wanted to make his milk taste better. He got things to make his machine: like an old projector and a windshield wiper from his daddy's car!!! And the fireflies were neat. I also liked it when grandma was reading me the story and started reading it too fast and got her tongue twisted. I laughed a lot and enjoyed this book.

(YOU say the title of this book without getting your tongue twisted. <G> I enjoyed hearing Shelby giggle, so it was fun! Pat )

It's not just a book for small children, even young teens enjoy it as Cindy Penn discovered...

If you are looking for a delightful story with incredible computer-generated illustrations, I have just the book. MICHAEL MANLEY'S MAGIC MILK MACHINE is filled with breath-taking artwork as important as the entertaining tale itself.

Michael Manley loves milk. One day, he decides that it would be wonderful to improve on regular milk by making it "with a little fizz, and maybe a little wetter." The consequences of his decision lead to his scavenging for machine parts and enlisting the aid of his sister, a talking packrat, and talking fireflies.

As I read MICHAEL MANLEY'S MAGIC MILK MACHINE aloud for my young teen for the purposes of this review, we were both entranced with the graphics. We also had a great time laughing over the tongue-twisting rhythm and rhyme.

Michael Manley's Magic Milk Machine is a great book to share with the whole family. Dad will especially enjoy introducing the kids to computers using it.

If your family has a Family Hour when everyone "shows and tells", this is the perfect e-book to bring.

If you don't, why not start one tomorrow?
